If you are new to training with Sophie or Lotus Nei Gong, please read this before booking.

This course is intended as a follow-on weekend for those folk who participated in any of the alchemy events over the summer. This is to follow-up, troubleshoot and continue with the Yi Jin Jing process. Alongside this, we will make sure that the pathways needed through the spine are worked with so any conversion happening can be smooth and beneficial.

If you did not come to the alchemy retreats, this weekend can be a stand alone event as the material covered is not exclusive to those going through the firing process. Some previous work on activating and building the Dan Tian would be advised. This is not an entry level event.
