We will work on developing the Lower Dan Tian so the Yin Qi is built to such a degree to prevent ‘leakage’, so that the qi is ‘inhaled’ to the center of the Dan Tian where we store the Yang (fire) within the Yin (water) - vital for the deeper aspects of Nei Gong Alchemical meditative training. 

This increase in fuel and pressure can then be used to open and cleanse the channels.

This weekend will be useful to many folk who want to top up and intensify their Dan Tian building.
