Sophie has been invited to teach in a beautiful retreat centre on the West Coast of Ireland for 6 days here

The first two days will be foundations and the last four days more advanced work.

Folk can book for all of the days, just the foundation days or the more advanced following 4 days! The foundation work will take place from Thursday 13th - Friday 14th July, then 15th-18th of August will be more advanced work.

We will establish the principles and conditions to initiate the Nei Gong process, activate the Dan Tian and deepen our understanding of the principles/theory of the art.

With the rest of the time we will aim to take this deeper. More details coming soon about the second part of this Ireland training
