If you are new to training with Sophie or Lotus Nei Gong, please read this before booking.
This course will focus upon the qualities needed through the winter. Looking at the nature of training at this time of year, nourishing the body and mind to utilise the yin period of the year. The body still needs to move throughout the winter, albeit a little differently, so we will continue to explore strengthening/stretching and mobilising the body to connect it correctly.
The energy work will develop our understanding of the Jing and exercises to gather and guard the strength in the base of the body through developing Dan Tian Gong and sitting practices.
This event is open to all and will act as the last entry point for the Level One Nei Gong Intensive yearly training. (This is, of course, unless I already know you). Those of you who missed the first two events will be supported in catching up where needed as there will be two teachers for this weekend.

What is included in your retreat:
16 hours (approx.) of training including sitting practice, Nei Gong, forms, body conditioning, lectures, Q&A sessions, women’s sessions and environmental training.
Use of heated, low-chemical indoor pool – helpful for releasing the joints/aches.
Own room in the retreat centre; all linen/towels supplied (if residential).
High quality vegetarian, local, mostly organic food; most diets catered for (just ask); snacks, teas, fruit, etc. included.
Zafus, cushions, blankets & bolsters for sitting practice provided.
