Nei Gong and the Sacred
18th - 22nd September 2024
If you are new to training with Sophie or Lotus Nei Gong, please read this before booking.
This 5 day event is to explore our relationship to the sacred, to that which expands and liberates us into freer states of mind and connection with life, death and meaning. The event will start with a full moon event, and we will continue to work with what arises within this for the next few days. After the full moon ceremony will be self-cultivation inquiry work to explore this relationship to the sacred, alongside Nei Gong and meditation practices.
There is no expectation for anyone to believe or take on any external version of this relationship, that I would see as completely the opposite of what to me is sacred. Your relationship to life, to yourself and to the mysterious, as the individual you are, is what we will be exploring here. As we come nearer to the course, I will send you all out some pre work questions to begin the journey.
