Over these days we will combine the refreshing of the body and energy system with Yi Jin Jing

work, then moving towards some stillness practices utilising the Taiji Hundun Qi Gong alongside

seated practice, and developing the Yellow Court.

This retreat is best suited to those who have been practicing for a while as most of the work will

be advanced and foundational theory/practice will not be covered.

These days will serve to bring you out of winter and into the spring of your practice, clearing out

what is no longer needed, moving any wintery stagnation and stepping into spring with a bounce.
